Terms Of Service

General

✦ The commissioner must be over 18 years old to commission me.
✦ Commissioning me means the commissioner read and agrees to my terms of service.
✦ The commissioner is not allowed to remove my signature (be it editing or cropping) from my pieces. The only exception is for icons, where written credit is needed instead (in bio, about page, etc ).
✦ The commissioner CANNOT claim they made or created the piece in question. Furthermore, linking back to me is required when posting commissioned artwork on social media, whether that be by a full link or an @.
✦ The commissioner CANNOT use my work for any commercial purpose, unless a contract or agreement has been formulated between all relevant parties.
✦ The commissioner cannot mint my art in any circumstance, or use them in any blockchain based technology.
✦ I retain all rights to my concept art and unused art and copyright rights to my finished work, unless otherwise explicitly discussed and agreed on. This also means I can put commissioned pieces into my portfolio and post them on my social media.

Payment

VGen Payment
✦ VGen payment is always upfront. Payment plans have an upfront % required.Paypal Invoice Payment
✦ I accept payment only in Euro or US Dollars, through a PayPal invoice.
✦ Payment for batch commissions, or otherwise complicated commissions is upfront.
✦ Payment for single commissions is required after the sketch is completed and approved by the commissioner.
✦ Sketch commissions require upfront payment.
✦ Payment plans are available for work over 100€, contact me to discuss details.

Workflow

✦ After confirming details of the commission, I will start working and eventually send a sketch to the commissioner for approval.
✦ The commissioner will receive updates for lineart, flat colors, and shading (when applicable).
✦ Wait time can be anywhere from 24 hours to a few weeks, depending on my work load and availability. I will inform the commissioner if there's a potential for a delay.
✦ The commissioner is allowed to ask for updates, but frequent spamming is discouraged.
✦ My usual work hours are weekdays between 11AM and 8PM CET. Please respect them.

Commercial Use

✦ The commissioner is required to inform me if their commission is for commercial use and what kind before I start working.
✦ Commercial use includes anything the commissioner or someone else might gain revenue from (e.g. logo design for a company, commercial project or content channel, stream assets, merchandise design, game assets and more).
✦ Commercial commissions will receive a 100% price increase to cover the commercial fee. Some commission types already have this fee included in their base price.

Adoptables

✦ The buyer is not allowed to resell the design for more money than they purchased it for. The only exception is if they're selling it with additional art or assets.
✦ The buyer is allowed to gift or trade the bought design. They do not need to inform me of this.
✦ The buyer is allowed to change any details about a character once bought, but they are not allowed to edit the original art in any shape or form.
✦ The buyer is NOT allowed to turn a bought adoptable into an original species of any sort, be it closed or open.
✦Terms stated in the "General" section also apply to adoptables.
✦Linking back to me is required when first posting about the design in question or when posting the original art made by me. It is not required when posting art of the character made by other artists, but it is appreciated.

FAQ

How do you post commissions on your socials? Can you keep my commission private?
✦ Commissions posted on my social media will be a small resolution with a watermark. I will not keep your commission private unless previously discussed. I am also not obligated to post every commission on my social media.Can I commission you for NSFW or explicit content?
✦ I can draw suggestive themes but I will not draw explicit or NSFW content.Do you accept refunds?
✦ I do not accept refunds. The only exceptions are with payment plans. Ask me for more details.Can you draw my OC from a description of how they look?
✦ I only work from visual references. If the commissioner wants me to design a character, there will be a fee ranging from 20-100€ (depending on type of commission, complexity of character and number of revisions/designs needed). The commissioner must state upfront if they want a custom character design.

The PNGtuber option has the commercial fee already included. Character sheet starts with 2 fullbodies (front and back view, same base pose) with flat colors, and text. Additional art will increase price.
